Kelly helps shine a light on a leader’s path by asking:

  • Where are you now?

  • Where do you want to go?

  • How do we get you there?

But she doesn’t only ask questions. That would get boring. She also provides advice, makes suggestions, offers ideas, and puts on her consulting hat when necessary to share what other leaders in your position might do, did in the past, or could have done.

Kelly is an outside thought partner and sounding board for leaders who could - from time to time - use a little extra support.
